iono why this got such a low score?
the sound seems crisp... a bit mellow but its isn't painful to listen to... it should be a little more flavorful if you were going to capture the ambiance of a big city: otherwise it sounds like a jazz lounge

I feel you, dude. I think I was trying to capture more of the dreams and wistfulness behind making it to the big city one day, as opposed to physically being there. But check out my piece entitled "Newport City" for a more literal interpretation. Otherwise, thanks for the feedback!
Sagat had one of the most boring themes...
sounds like temple music... its pretty good since sagat's theme was never exciting to begin with. i'd like to see what you could do to another balrog, ken or guile theme
I wouldn't say boring exactly, but yeah it didn't really have too much range/variety compared to the others. I plan on revisiting all of them. Ken's in the works, and that remix will probably sound much different than the one I have posted ("Seeing Red"). I plan to remaster Balrog's theme. And I did Guile; look for "Patriot (Guile Flies In)"
This is Fuckin Great!
How much crack did your mother snort when she was pregnant with you?
A little too fast
slow the melody and correct the bass beat and you should be fine
ok thanks a lot
pretty good but also repetitive
try to mix it up and and add lyrics and you should be fine
If you think it's repetitive...i can guess u dun listen to rap music dat much, cos da beat doesnt change alot...This is a rap track man...not Pop or rock music. Thnx 4 da comment anyways. Peace
Style is impetuous, Defense is impregnable...
From the strong start to the bass work throughout, it really captures the scenario of the Las Vegas boxer. I would offer criticism but there are no weak points to this song other than the suggestion of a looping version... You used everything from piano, trumpet, and xylophone and it shows you know what you are doing. This a landslide win. Tyson and D'Amato would be proud :D
Glad I did the theme justice in your eyes. Hit me up if you have any requests!
And LOL @ the Mike Tyson/Bison quotes :P
oooh that's dirty!
The lyrics is makes the song fun. Even the Control-Panel voices will do. Please release a version with lyrics and this song will be one of the best in the universe and all the other places too.
lol nah. \m/
Good for laughs
Though the vocals and beat is lackluster. The lyrics are so funny that its entertaining. This isn't rap its comedy.
Thanks. It's my first rap, so I figured I'd focus on the lyrics and what better way to do that than with a comedy song. You hit the nail on the head, myh friend lol
Good execution, poor instrument choice
Though the song itself is very peaceful, the toy guitar strings used in the latter half of the song give it a cheap feel. Use Reason 4.0 to avoid that Fisher-Price sound.
Thanks, I'll be sure to check out Reason 4.0. As for the toy guitar... Its actually Harpsichord, and its the first time I've used it in a song.

You put your soul into into your music
As for the song, it runs velvet smooth. There are no abrupt sounds just a relaxing melody and bass beat to accompany with. I'm sold! The coordination and the use of the Reason 4.0 shines by the way the song resonates I forced to sit down and listen through. Excellent work! The only trifle I have is with the cheap skip/shuffle sounds at 2:07. But we all make mistakes.
I'm sorry to hear about your father, but I'm sure God is taking good care of him now. I can understand why you would want to express grievances especially through music. I don't know where I heard it but "They say music alters, moves and talks to you."
Thanks man. :) Gotta say "HOLD UP!" about the skip part and defend myself some though. :d It's meant to be a bit of a headfuck as it really warps the space in which you're listening, with a heavy amount of delay slowly building up in the right stereo. Was never meant to sound like a skipping record, just meant to skip braincells. :D
However, I never got a chance to listen to the track through a really nice system as my roomie was outta town while I was working on this, so maybe it's not as impressive in big sound as it is through my headphones/laptop speakers. :)
Thanks for your honesty and I appreciate the condolences. :)
